The operation took place on June 16 and centered on drugs and firearms, according to authorities.
The sheriff’s office said the arrest was made by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, while additional criminal charges are still pending in Lyon County.

Authorities identified the man as Adrian Pelayo-Garcia. The pending Lyon County charges include trafficking cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine for sale and possession of methamphetamine for sale.
He also faces counts tied to firearms, including possession of a firearm by an illegal alien and possession of a firearm in relation to drug-related charges.
What Deputies Alleged
